Dear Newport Cove Residents:
We’re preparing to install the new Watchman call system at the gate and need to collect some data prior to installation. Once the system is ready, the BOD will be offering training sessions. More to come!
App Users:
To get you ready to use your app, your household’s designated contact will receive an email from “alerts@cell-gate.com” asking that you create a password. Check your junk/spam for this email and please make sure your new password does not contain any special symbols. Only one user (Callgroup Manager) per residence will get the enrollment email to start this process. They will then add additional users to receive calls.
Once you create your password and update your call group you will use your username/email and password to login to the Cellgate App. This can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play.
Please make sure to accept all permissions so that your app can receive the video calls from your visitors. If you miss your app calls or are not logged in when you receive a call from your visitors, you will receive a telephone call from 972-231-1999 – please save this in your phone for easier reference. Telephone calls from the gate can be answered normally and you will open the gate by pressing 1 to accept the visitor call and then * to open the gate.
Attached is an app guide for your reference. An opportunity for training will be offered at a later date.

Landline Users Only:
Telephone calls from the gate can be answered normally and you will open the gate by pressing * to open the gate.
If you are using a landline only, please call the office number at 561-638-1926 with any questions you may have after you have received the training and a BOD will reach out to you.

Please email the sheet back to newportcovebod@gmail.com or you may drop-off the form in the mail slot at the main clubhouse. **Please do not mail the forms as this could cause a delay in set up.**
All RESIDENT FORMS NEED TO BE COMPLETED AND RECEIVED ASAP BY THE BOD NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 10, 2021. Examples on how to complete form properly are included.
